It works like this: you buy little scent cartridges – some of which contain only naturally-derived scents, like Jasmine – and then insert it into the top of the alarm clock. Then, you set your own custom alarm settings, when it should go off, etc, and the SensorWake will not only play a soft music in place of a blaring alarm but will also start a cool little light show and release a soothing scent into the air, waking your senses and cajoling you out of bed. The idea is that, quite frankly, the delicious smell of coffee or cookies is more pleasant to wake up to than a blaring alarm, and a lot less likely to induce that dreaded morning anxiety.
Each scent capsule lasts up to 30 days, and there’s a variety of customized settings you can take advantage of. And the fragrances use no alcohols, oils or residues, for a clean diffusion.
